Warranty and Liability

Due to the nature of this hobby FP Racing products carry a Limited Life-Time Warranty against manufacturer part defects only. The entire risk to person(s) and property(s) associated with our product(s) is with you the purchaser and/or user. FP Racing is not responsible for damage to property(s) or person(s) from installation or use of our product(s), including but not limited to injury and/or death.

Purchaser understands and acknowledges that FP Racing manufactures and sells performance components and products that are subject to various different conditions due to the manner in which they are used. Purchaser also acknowledges that any part sold or manufactured by FP Racing is for a particular application and purpose, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the product or products are used properly and as designed.

FP Racing is not liable for any consequential damages, expenses or injuries arising from the use, misuse or improper installation of any product manufactured or sold by FP Racing or any authorized dealers. FP Racing reserves the right to make changes in design or add to or improve their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on any products previously manufactured. 

We highly recommend a Certified/ Professional mechanic to install and maintain our products. Due to the manner of use we recommend periodic inspection and maintenance of our products to ensure optimum performance. Replace or Repair components as necessary.  

Installation of certain aftermarket components may or may not void your warranty. Please contact your local dealer with questions.

Return Policy

All products purchased through FP Racing are subject to a 30 day return period from the ship date. Returned items must be in new and never mounted condition. Exchanges can be made on a product(s) that are defective from manufacturing and/or workmanship that hinder it’s intended use. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment and are subject to inspection upon arrival, before a refund and/or exchange can be issued. Purchaser pays all associated costs related to return shipment, including insurance. Returns can take up to 15 days to process after receiving them.

Product Listing Errors

We try our best to list products as accurate as possible. But we do make mistakes. If a pricing error or listing mistake is made, we retain the right to cancel or refuse the sale of a product(s).

Product Variants

Due to the inventory shortages around the globe the color, shape, size, bolts, washers, hoses, brackets, accessories and physical appearance may change without notice. Will try to keep updated if any drastic changes are needed to be made with the installation process due to a change. 

Compatibility

We test fit our products with a wide range of configurations. But we cannot guarantee compatibility with other manufactures aftermarket parts. Combining our product(s) with another manufactures, may require different bends and/or routing or mounting differences. In rare instances it may require a different length hose etc, please contact us in this case so we can aid in the installation and/or get you a custom length manufactured. 

Orders

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase on in-stock items only. Larger orders with multiple items may take longer. Brake line kits are manufactured to order, so please allow 1-2 business days for this process. In the rare instance that there is an inventory shortage and will be a delay in manufacturing of the order, we will reach out to purchaser and give an estimated lead time at that point. 

ASAP or RUSH orders: If you have a time sensitive order please follow your order up with a phone call, email, text or direct message so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Backorders are subject to a first come first served bases, if current billing information is available to us. We allow 24 hours to contact FP Racing back after first attempt to reach you for fulfillment of your backorder. Incorrect information IE: address, name, email, phone number and payment method can forfeit your position on the backorder list. 

If your order has items on back order, items are usually billed once an order is created. Reference your email for updated shipping information and tracking.
